The Main Lodge

Spacious rooms in the main lodge are furnished in a Shaker-style tradition, and the common room is a wonderful gathering place for planning the day's activities. At the center of it all an attached glazed-tile silo has been renovated with a spiral staircase leading to three very private bedrooms-in-the-round. There’s even a “lookout” on top for expansive views of rolling meadows and rugged cliffs towering above the river.

Budget Traveler

"Furnished with country-style antiques and quilts, the Lodge's 19 rooms look bright and cheery. On my visits I spend a lot of time bobbing around in the old fashioned swimming hole, carved at the base of a towering rock wall. "
