Our group fitness classes are designed to be inclusive, fun, and open to all levels! Advanced reservations required. Same day bookings welcome based on availability.

Join our Health Coach for a customized session. Choose one of the below training options or communicate your fitness goals.
60 minutes $70 || 30 minutes $45
Small Group Personal Training
2-4 people. Choose from one of the training options below, or communicate your group’s workout goals with our Health Coach. Does a little healthy competition sound fun? Request a Fitness Challenge workout!

Private Yoga Session
Schedule a 1:1 or 2:1 yoga session. This 60 minute session will be catered to your personal practice and your schedule. Brand new to yoga? We’ve got you – learn the basics with individual attention and accessible techniques.

Sit down to discuss your health and wellness goals. There is no time like the present to seek guidance and support when it comes to bettering your health.

Jennifer Zipkin
As a nationally accredited Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga Instructor, UESCA Running Coach and AEA (Aquatics Education Association) Certified Instructor, Jen Zipkin believes in a full-circle, individualized approach to health and wellness. She looks forward to helping you find your perfect blend of fitness, fun and relaxation at Fort Lewis.
